        Hello there!  Welcome to the website of Bill Bussey's Law Office in the great little town of Bayfield, Wisconsin.  With the invaluable assistance of my wife and legal assistant Nancy, I've been practicing law in Bayfield for the past 24 years.  My areas of practice include real estate, estate planning (including wills and trusts), probate, business law, elder law, municipal law, and land use-related litigation.  I have a strong interest in environmental matters and serve as legal counsel for the Bayfield Regional Conservancy and the Madeline Island Wilderness Preserve, in addition to providing informal legal advice to the Alliance for Sustainability.  I'm also trained in mediation and provide mediation services throughout the Chequamegon Bay area.
